Join me in the kitchen as a forage for yet another afternoon salad. This week I'm working through my New Years Eve party leftovers. We'll be adding to a bed of red leaf lettuce:

  • Cottage cheese & lemon dressing
  • Summer vegetables mixed with olive oil & parsley
  • Leftover shaved fennel & sourdough crouton salad with pecans
