Royal New Zealand Ballet’s rehearsal pianist Michael Pansters has landed a gig of a life time at the Royal Opera House in London. He’s off on his adventure later this month, taking the role of rehearsal pianist for the Royal Ballet. His first tasks will be working with the company’s Artistic Associate Christopher Wheeldon on Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and The Winter’s Tale, and Artist in Residence Liam Scarlett’s new production of Swan Lake.
