Today on the guest mic, we have the multi-talented Kia Williams--the 2022 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year--hosting Cary Williams. Cary is the founder and CEO of Boxing & Barbells, which is a boxing education company offering her B&B Method certifications to trainers and licensing opportunities to gyms. She certifies trainers around the globe to teach the B&B Method. 

Her entrepreneurial spark was lit 25 years ago when she founded PRIME TIME BOXING, INC. Cary, who competed in amateur boxing and is now a level 4 Olympic boxing coach, grew PRIME TIME to 4 boxing clubs in California and even began franchising in 2008. Since then, Cary has sold all of her clubs and now focuses solely on her boxing/fitness education company, B&B Method. This dynamic star has been featured across an array of broadcast media as well as print giants such as Shape, Men’s Fitness, USA Today and The New York Times.
