There is an old anonymous saying… Who is it that is unhappy? The one who finds fault. It’s sorta true, isn’t it? When we’re unhappiest… is when we’re tied up in knots about something. It’s when we’re zeroing in on the faults of someone else and we can’t let go of something — that our own souls are miserable. It’s when we’re zero’d in on our own faults and shame. It’s when we can’t forgive others or ourselves ties us up.
