There are many God given blessings you and I tend to take for granted. Some of those blessings may be our marriages, children, our jobs, incomes, housing, clothes, food, and most of all our great salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. There is another gift that God makes available for us, friendship.

So many times, when we read the letters of Paul, Peter, John, etc., we make a serious error by skimming over to greets at the beginning and the end of those letters. I would like to suggest that you and I can learn some great principles about God's gift of grace filled friendship from these sections of Scripture.
