Lesson 184: Know How Much Your Hour Costs

I did talk about how expensive time can be. Well, there's a neat calculation that can help you quantify that. Once you know how much your hour is worth, it will help you prioritize the actions you take in your life. If the thing you are doing isn't worth your hourly pay, or doing anything to build towards your goals, cut it out right away then go and do the thing you are meant to be doing that will lead you to your goals. 

PROMPT: Your Hour = Yearly income/1760 * 3
