In business, we talk about the KLT Factor (know, like, trust) because we are more likely to purchase goods/services from people with whom we have a relationship. But, have you ever considered if you know, like and trust YOU?
Know - what are your values, your beliefs? what are your fears? Try this values exercise:
1. narrow this list of values down to 10
2. then take away 5 more
3. identify your top 3 - 5 core values
Like - do you enjoy your own company?
Trust - do you know you an handle whatever comes at you?
The goal here is not to judge yourself, but instead just to notice where you are. This is a lifelong process of getting to know the most important person in your life - YOU!
