"I have a life long love for everything real estate related and I bring my knowledge and experience with appraisal, construction, development, investments and sales to help our clients fulfill their dreams. I began my real estate career as an appraiser in 1988. This was even before state licensing was required. I ran my own private appraisal firm from 1996 through 2005. I still have an active appraisal license today. I thought it would be a great idea to add real estate sales to my services so I got my real estate license in 1997 and started with Prudential Georgia Realty. I was always just getting by on the sales side because I never focused my efforts there. In 2005 I opened my own brokerage, Premier South Realty. We focused on the investment side, selling single family homes with full service property management to out of state investors and even guaranteed the rent. It was successful and I should have had an epiphany then. I certainly knew about Craig Proctor from the ads in the real estate magazine and even Todd Walters, since he was in my market place and I completed some appraisals on properties that he listed, saw his marketing and was wondering how he was able to do that. Fast forward to 2017, Amanda and I have a great story here about the power of the USP which began our search for Craig Proctor and brought us together. June 2017 we came to our first Super Conference in Orlando and we joined coaching after seeing how powerful the system was. Moved to Platinum in October of 2017. Amanda and I received the Rookie of the Year Award in 2018. We have continued to grow and the system will give you more than you ever dreamed possible. We have so much faith and trust in what you and Todd tell us that at this point we just do whatever you tell us we should. Case in point, Todd Walters said we needed to go to Titanium and get a YHSGR license, so in April of 2021 we moved to Titanium and purchased a YHSGR license. We are so excited about the growth we are seeing. We had $75k in GCI under contract in December for the first time ever. Our goal is to do over one million in GCI in 2022 and open another location.
