Wow, I can't believe that it's been almost THREE years since this whole thing went down and when it went down... it went down. It burnt down, all da way down.
In this episode we talk about life after 9.5 years together 3 years apart and another 2 years since our last podcast.
We talk a little bit about a lot, spanning from our last offerings at Imagine Gathering year to meow. We talk some about dance and Contact Improvisation, we speak about moving into compersion and celebrating our crushes and loves, we talk about being Best Friends first and how sex and our sexuality was a (HUGE) friction point for us which hugely contributed to the fire that burnt down the OneHeart Temple.
Any who, lots of juice here and a smattering of small things that I hope lights your own path in some way.
xoxo,
Elo

This is a solo episode that I recorded back in November but ended up not releasing it because of my emotional share at the end.
What a strangeness right? To hold space and to anchor the medicine of EXPRESSING OUR FEELINGS and I get embarrassed about my feelings.
Okay, time to move through that.
May this serve you in someway, may it remind you that your feelings are valid, necessary and needed for all of us to learn and to grow.

Our guest today is my previous parter, Suntaya Song.
We get together for some Real-Talk about what actually happened after our last podcast. What went down, how we hurt each other and how we showed up through it all.
I am so so grateful to be having a beautiful, expansive, FULL relationship with this amazing, hilarious, silly, fun, talented, loving, giant-ball-of-emotion star being. I’m grateful for our 9 years together as a monogamous couple and I’m grateful for the life and relationship that we are still weaving.
No one said it would be easy but ~ we get to learn, bit by bit, how to fall in love with ourselves and each other through this Life in all its shifting forms.

And we're back!
This week on Apotheosis I finally get a chance to sit down with my sister and dear friend Chloe Lee as we follow a shared thread that curiously wraps and weaves around the concept of Trance ~ its necessity to the human organism, how we can make best use of these states and its amazing ability to expand our consciousness.
If there's anyone I trust to be aware of how they're feeling in any moment and to be able to map that feeling state to both an intellectual understanding and verbal illumination well, that's Chloe.
This topic is a BIG one and I feel like we only scratched the surface as we dove through topics such as:
Becoming a feeling person
Forest Therapy
Dissociative Trance
How Trance can be used in a yoga class
Phenomenological Consciousness
Establishing connection to parts of self & other
And a lot more >.<
Alright friends, as always, may this conversation in someway lend itself to the expansion and your Self and Soul as a means for walking the Beauty Way alongside our Earth family.

"What if it's Easy."
Luke Rain and I get together this week to reflect on a lifelong journey of being with the beauty of that which is actually present and recognizing the genius of that which comes to us easily without judgement and attachment.
Together, we dive further into the realm of relationship. With self & especially with Other as we go through this Earth School of experiential learning. Luke riffs on the lessons he’s learned two-years after having left a long term relationship and illuminates a few topics that we’ve talked about earlier on this podcast.
It all comes to the surface as we sift through the sands of our experience.
Topics we Jam On:
The Creative Process
Attachment Styles
Karmic Cycles
Being our own Primary Partner
Co-Dependency

After not seeing each other for over a year we immediately knew that we were supposed to create this podcast together after "randomly" running into each other at a dance.
The last year for Chelsea has been fraught full of beauty through the cracking open of her heart.
In this episode we riff together about the big changes that have been rippling through our collective and how to handle these huge initiations that feel like the rug being pulled out from under us. We talk about the role that aligned community plays in our transformation as the system of roots that hold us. We talk about Chelsea's healing, and ultimately growth, through a miscarriage ~ we talk about the shame and judgement that we fear when we go through challenging experiences that leave us feeling like outsiders in our own lives... and so much more.
As always, may this conversation in some way enrich the soil of your life.

Today's guest is the being of my total devotion and love over the last 9 years, Suntaya Song.
We share some of the story that brought us to this point of "conscious uncoupling," who we were as individuals before we met, the wounds that found solace in our Sacred Union and most importantly ~ where we find ourselves now: Growing Separate Together and remembering the parts of our individualized Soul that had been lost amongst the confluence.
I still absolutely love & adore this human and feel the same in return and yet... something has shifted and that shift is asking for our full presence as we see what new fire wants to be built between us.
This conversation is a but a moment in time along the journey of untangling deeply enmeshed roots as we follow the path that has become illuminated before us. We are still bringing what we know to be true into knowing within our bodies and parts of how we show up in this episode reflect that ongoing process and reconciliation of story, narrative and perspective.
I ask for openness, compassion and curiosity as you listen and I pray that this in someway lends itself to your journey of piecing together the blueprint of your being.
As always, may this conversation tend the fire that is most alive between us in a way that honors the people, circumstances and situations that are a part of this intricate lattice of human experience.

Today’s guest is Owen Fitzpatrick, a brother of mine in the healing & community space who is on a journey that mirrors my own. We've been meaning to get together for a long while now and, through this nexus of change, we finally get that chance. Today we sit together and talk about what we’ve learned about ourselves, our shadows and the collective through the shifting soil of our most deeply rooted relationships.
We take an honest look in the mirror in order to learn from each other as we re-discover who we are as the fires of Shiva burn all around us. The fire is welcome. The heat is welcome yet intense and often scalding. We're being torn down but also being gifted the most beautiful opportunity to be re-born. The abandoned parts of ourselves are requiring our devotion in ordered to be healed, witnessed and integrated in a good way.
Who are we outside of the relationships that have defined our identities? How we can show up in integrity outside of the container of monogamous sacred union that everyone knows us through?
As always, may this conversation tend the fire that is most alive between us in a way that honors the people, circumstances and situations that are a part of this intricate lattice of human experience.

Hello,
My name is Elohim and this is Know One Thing. At it’s heart, a podcast ~ wherein I get to share with you the blossoming of stories, contemplations and conversations that have been…
A podcast that explores who and what all this /is/ as we spiral through time and space. Enormously tiny lives spiraling around an unfathomably complex dot containing everything and nothing. Lives nested within lives, bodies within bodies.
May we come to know the One through the paradox of the many.
