We often pray for protection against enemies seen or unseen. We understand that spiritual warfare is a battle that is invisible but with tangible consequences. In Noah’s day all flesh that crept upon the face of the Earth was destroyed. 

However marine life could have thrived in the water noting that fish were not listed as coming unto the ark.   Leviathan The face of the deep has an underbelly. Within this environment many species of marine life exist. The first book written contained in the Bible (Job) speaks of Leviathan a mighty sea creature with scales that exists as a terror to man. 

Also, a sea creature was the source of Egypt’s strength as a towering power in the ancient world. The Pharoah’s were rulers of the Nile. Many of whom drew strength from the unseen life in the sea that pridefully boasted of a possessive dominance similar to that of Lucifer.  Marine spirits must be suppressed in order to thrive above ground.     

Salamander has a Dual Nature  The characteristics of an animal are good ways to describe human behavior because animals live by instinct. When describing a person’s character using a dove or a snake could let you know what you are dealing with. I believe a saboteur could be best described as a salamander.
