This week, Pastor Matthew led us in a sermon titled 'Know Your Limits, They Are A Gift'. He spoke about the public health crisis of burnout in our society and how this is the not the way God intended life to be for us. He defined maturity in life as somebody living joyfully within their God-given limitations.
