Lesson 218: Know Your Smallest Viable Audience

Know the smallest amount you need to accomplish your goals. Know the smallest amount you need to "win". If your target is 4 people, focus on getting the four people. If you get more, great. If you get less, you know you have work to do. Understand this: the smallest viable amount is up to you. The decision is all yours so don't feel pushed by anyone to do what you don't want to. Once you have your smallest viable audience, focus on giving them value.
