When you log into your social platforms or have talks with different individuals, the topic that tends to pop up is probably centered around people getting back to theirselves. That could mostly be because people are starting to be reminded of their self-worth. 

After being forced to sit down for a long period of time due to the pandemic, we as people have had ample amount of time to think and realized that it is time to love on themselves a lit more. All along we knew that we were worth it, but now we KNOW.
