Ep 10  Criticism about weight can be an issue whether you've been called “fat” or “skinny.” The judgments that people have towards us says a lot about their issues. Many terms are used to divide us such as “fat, skinny, bougie, etc.” We all have a place, so listen this week as we talk about the labels used to separate ourselves from others.
