In this episode, I discuss the importance of knowing yourself and being honest with yourself in order to grow and develop. During this process it is essential not to tear yourself down and experience setbacks more frequently because of your inner fears. Growth will occur through each phase of our lives so it's time to embrace it and go through it to grow through it.
