Some of you may know (some of you may not) but music has been part of my life since I was very young. It wasn't until after I finished University that I actually got into producing and recording. It felt like there had been this massive build-up throughout my whole life to this point and when I got there quickly fell out of love. The pressure I put on myself really affected me and it took me ages to realise that maybe it's ok to take a step back from it!
In this week's episode, I touch on my music journey and being ok with letting writing, recording and performing go. It's something I know I can come back to.
If you've ever had a creative project, or you're in one now and felt pressure to perform when nothing seems right - then hopefully this podcast episode can help you in knowing you're not alone!
