This is part 2 of a two part series on how the coming third wave of EU laws on Due Diligence, AI, Platform Workers effectively mandates some form of information and consultation process. Though their implementation is still a few years away, Tom would advise companies to start preparing now for these laws, which mandate the selection/election of employee representatives.
