This is my first solo episode!!! I’m so excited!

My intention is to help people to be content and happy in themselves. 

This podcast is for anyone looking for lighthearted self development techniques  to help you on your path to becoming the best version of yourself. 

This episode is to help you gain more self awareness, by doing some self analysis and identifying your ‘values’ and ‘beliefs’. Learning about what you stand for and what’s true to you to help with decision making and trusting your intuition. 

I will tell you a little bit about myself, don’t worry I won’t bore you. Then look at values and beliefs. And tell you about my nose job experience when I was 21.
