Her doctoral research at the University of South Wales Business School explored the links between SELF-AWARENESS and LEADER EFFECTIVENESS. Previously Nia has worked in the NHS, local government and civil service in England and Wales. She is passionate - evangelical even - about raising awareness of awareness, because of the myriad benefits it can bring to our lives.
