Potential is an untapped ability. The ability to be fruitful and multiply are present in Man from creation. Your released potential is an inheritance to the world. Be fruitful and multiply because God as given you the potential to be fruitful and multiply so if you are not fruitful or multiplying and having dominion you have an untapped potential.
