Knowing your NUMBERS

This is going to be for all my BUSINESS OWNERS

I recently got my Year 1-5 Projections done for Limitless Coaching from Michael J Gilbert and BLEW my mind.

I honestly did not know how many KPI’s are taken into account when scaling a business

When you are able to formulate a financial proforma with the numbers above you will be able to understand a couple of things.

One of the biggest is how many people do I need working in this position to make this revenue

I’m going to urge you if you OWN a business and do not have a FINANCIAL plan to get this done ASAP
