Knowing your role can be the difference between success and failure. We all play different roles to different people and building strong relationships requires one to be aware of what is expected of them. Knowing you can’t be everywhere and do everything is a first step to stepping into your role.

Knowing the importance of each of your roles helps in good time management and ensures you are maintaining a good balance between work and play. This is an important lesson that most successful leaders master early on in their journey.
