David Hunter is a transformational coach who has been working in the NHS for over 20 years in different capacities.

In the last 3 years, he has got into coaching. He completed a life coaching course, but in the past 2 years he has got into transformational coaching and he has found the difference between transformational coaching and life coaching is fascinating as in the former, a coach helps people without using strategies or techniques, but having a heartfelt conversation with someone and helping them to understand where their experiences are coming from.

According to him, this has helped him gain some great insights of his own and he has a vision of helping people to take them from an undesired state to a place they desire in their life and know that no matter what life throws at them they will be ok.

KnowingWhoYouAre is a health podcast series geared towards inspiring personal growth through positive mindset, maintaining physical and mental health in times of crisis and reflecting inspirational life lessons through the shared experiences of people who have experienced life in its several dimensions and also through talks with experts in particular discipline and field of interest who can explain and clarify question related to health and wellbeing.
