Himanshu Aggarwal is the Co-founder and CTO of Qandle, an all-in-one HR platform. As the CTO, he is responsible for building, managing and overseeing the complete technological aspects of the company. During an interaction with TheTechPod - "Knowledge and ability to learn is more valuable than the certification," says Himanshu Aggarwal.
He graduated from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2007. Post his graduation, he started his professional career working as a Software Engineer at Tekriti Software and The Ibibo Group. Later, he held the position of Technology Lead at Naukri.com from 2010-12 and was the Head of Engineering at US based Food-tech startup MunchAdo 2014-15. In 2016, he decided to start Qandle with Mr. Chayan Mukhopadhyay, Co-founder and CEO.
Himanshu believes that most HRMS products out there are still systems of record, while the need is to look at HRMS solutions as systems of intelligence. Thus, there is a huge scope for adding Machine Learning and predictive analytics in the HR domain and he continues to work with the Qandle team towards providing such solutions to their customers.
