Talking about the hard things doesn't give the hard things more power. In fact it's the opposite. Talking about history – TRUE HISTORY in all its beauty AND ugliness gives is the power to NOT repeat it. Talking about 'isms' makes you neither an 'ist' nor a victim. Your mindset and behavior do that.
