Prior to going through BreakThrough, A HeartConnexion immersive, experience, I was ignorant to my triggers. When I finally discovered they were there they rocked my world. It was then I discovered the reason for so many bad behaviors. As I have become more sensitive them, I haven't tanked nearly as hard into the darkness. I don't isolate as much and I don't self medicate. I have discovered me. I have discovered the root of my pains. Is it "FUN" in the moment? Heck no. 

I will be honest... Triggers never go away. I just know how to manage them WAY better now. For the most difficult ones I have gone from several months to recover it may just be a few days. 

The tools from Breakthrough are great but you have to do the work. I encourage you to do the work.
