Aftershocks are still being felt from the two mass shootings this past weekend in Texas and Ohio, not to mention the one just a week earlier here in California.  People are trying to make sense of it all. 

Lawmakers are doing likewise and are calling for action, calling for change and calling for something that will head off the next mass shooting.  But what really can be done? Will anything make a difference? We will go In Depth.

Many toss their bottles and cans into their recycling bins that get emptied every week while many others head to recycling centers to recoup their deposit money. But California's recycling industry is on the verge of collapse. And that is a bigger problem than you may realize.
