Early tax filers are getting an unpleasant surprise.  The size of the average tax return is down 8 percent thanks to the new tax code.  The field of Democrats lining up to take on President Trump is already a long one.  And some are already asking will this primary be a battle to the far left or a battle to the center?  Another government shutdown looms.  When you think of Hawaii, you think sunshine, right?  Guess what--Hawaii has recorded what may the lowest elevation for snow in state history!
