After 3 days, it appears as if the shutdown of the federal goverment is nearing an end.  What next?  Will we be back to repeated shutdowns in the coming weeks?  The U-S will move its embassy to Jerusalem by the end of 2019.  We talk to CBS News correspondent Robert Berger.  We go indepth with LAPD Chief Charlie Beck, who announced last week that he's retiring from the department.  He talks about the challenges ahead and what he'll miss most.
