Earlier this week, California joined a few other states that have legalized the recreational use of marijuana.  Today, Attorney General Jeff Sessions told U-S attorneys across the country that it's okay to prosecute pot offenses.  The Trump administration wants to open up more oil and gas drilling...in the Pacific Ocean...off the coast of California!  He's read it...the explosive new book on President Trump that's hitting shelves tomorrow.  Washington Post White House reporter John Wagner gives us a sneak peek.  The Dow closed about 25,000 for the first time in its 121-year history.
