This is a very bad day for the FBI. A long anticipated report from the Justice Department's independent Inspector General ---while finding no bias or reason for criminal prosecution--takes aim first at fired director James Comey's decision to reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server days before the election. And second, is critical of text messages between two FBI agents working that investigation---messages saying they will stop Trump from being elected. So, we will go In Depth. Later, if you are at work, count how many are in the room with you right now. We'll tell you why that may be important later on.
Also on the show, New York's Attorney General slaps the Trump Foundation with a lawsuit claiming the so-called charitable foundation engaged in illegal conduct over many years. We will also go In Depth on the controversy over President Trump saluting a North Korean general. And, what to wear if you are a pregnant MAN!
