He's a student at Palos Verdes High AND he's accused of murder.  He is being allowed to continue his education away from campus.  Some parents say barring the student from the classroom doesn't go far enough in keeping the community safe.  People with a history of self-mutilation, bipolar disorder, depression, and drug and alcohol abuse can now seek waivers to join the Army.  A new billboard is up along the 5 Freeway in Commerce. It says "L-A Zoo: Don't Let Billy Die Behind Bars."  Zoo director John Lewis says Billy and other elephants are doing fine and don't need to go to a sanctuary.
