3 UCLA men's basketball players were arrested in China for shoplifting yesterday.  They bailed out, but are confined to their hotel for now.  We talk to OC attorney John Shu, who specializes in international law and does a lot of work in China, about negotiations behind the scenes and what's likely to happen.  And this is all going on while President Trump is in China!   The feds are having trouble getting into the cellphone that belonged to the Texas church shooter because it's encrypted.  They ran into the same problem in the San Bernarndino mass shooting investigation.
