We check in with Justin Michaels of the Weather Channel, who has the latest on the Wine Country wildfires.  Several hundred people have been reported missing in the area.  While so many questions remain unanswered in the Las Vegas shooting rampage, the lawsuits have started pouring in.  One of the things in question...the timeline of events.  A retired detective from LAPD's elite Robbery-Homicide division says the people in charge of the investigation don't seem to know what they're doing.
