Yesterday, he was in the shadows. Today, the Florida sunshine revealed 56 year old Cesar Sayoc as the man law enforcement says was behind the series of pipe bombs sent to over a dozen prominent Democrats and critics of President Trump. The FBI says the devices were no hoax. They did contain explosive material--though still not clear how functional they were. And Sayoc's van is decorated with pro-Trump and anti media messages...perhaps providing the motive. Sayoc has an extensive criminal record. We will go In Depth on it all.
