Gov. Jerry Brown signs into law a measure that makes California a sanctuary state.  We talk to State Senate leader and author of the "Family Values Act" Kevin de Leon.  A former top ICE official in the LA and southern Nevada area talks about how law enforcement will be affected by the Sanctuary State law.  The NRA has called for a review of bump stock rules.  The move follows this week's deadly mass shooting in Las Vegas.  Police say the gunman fitted 12 of his weapons with so-called bump-stock devices, which allowed his semi-automatic rifles to operate as if they were fully automatic machine guns.
