On this episode we talk with Joust Carey. He is a F-22 pilot who is trying to solve the 5th Gen simulator problem. He was a First Assignment Instructor Pilot (FAIP, like Bender), then he went on to fly the F-22. We talk about flying the F-22, the F-35 and how they compare. Next we cover the problem at hand. Sorry for the delay but part 2 of the Drago and Rowdy episode is here! We finish our conversation about FBF with a deep dive from Rowdy on what the current plan to combine T-38 UPT and IFF. Rowdy is tasked with making it a reality (which is wild) but there are some very real issues that must be resolved before that can happen.
