#95: On today’s episode we are joined by athlete engineer, Kofi Hughes of Kofi Hughes Training. Kofi Hughes is an ordained minister, abstract expressionist, high school football coach, trainer and co-owner of "The Factory", an athletic training facility in Naperville, IL. 

Kofi played 4 years of Big10 football at Indiana University and spent time in the NFL with the Texans, Redskins, and Bears as a wide receiver (WR).
