The lithium-ion batteries in these power banks overheat and ignite, even when not in use creating fire and burn risks. Affected models include BP125, BatPak 2F, and BatPak 3F, with capacities of 6,700mAh, 13,400mAh, or 20,100mAh.

About 2,400 power banks were sold on Kogalla.com from June 2024 through January 2025.

Stop charging and using these recalled power banks immediately and contact Kogalla using the email [email protected] for instructions regarding obtaining a free replacement. Dispose of the recalled power banks safely at your local household hazardous waste collection center. You can’t just toss them in your household trash.
