Ramon Hernandez is Head of Sales & Service for Mexico & South America at Koh Young America, Inc., taking care of most of the companies activities south of the US/Mexico border. On a recent visit to Guadalajara Philip Stoten spent some time with Ramon and with IMI, one of their customers. 

In this interview Philip asks Ramon about the key trends in Mexico right now, including talent shortages, which Koh Young is able to mitigate by training and developing their own talent and by helping customer minimize staffing needs by greater levels of automation with their equipment and software.

They also explore why geopolitics is creating even more demand in Mexico and the regional variations within the country.
