This was different from most "alien" Sci-Fi stories and I rather enjoyed it for the most part.
It is the first of three in a set, I believe. I did enjoy it, but it didn't catch and hold me strongly enough to want more. OK but nothing great.
I'll read the rest of the series.
Started a bit slow with an unlikely set of characters, but quickly turned into a page turner. I'll read the rest of the series.

I really like this book because it is so original in so many ways. The aliens are similar and yet so different from us. The story is engaging and kept me enthralled right to the end. Now I am going to have to buy the next two!
I love my Koinobi parasitoid
This is the opening novel in a 3-part fantasy series. It's obvious that this author has spent a lot of time developing his unique alien races. I was hooked from the beginning and wanted more...preferably a Koinobi of my own.
