在淡江大學國際事務學院院長包正豪主持的綜合論壇中，首先主要由耶路撒冷希伯萊大學博士Meron Medzini敘述民主國家思想獨立的重要性，接者同樣來自耶路撒冷希伯萊大學博士Dror Kochan以許多面向展示出臺以的交流逐漸密切，而在這之後台灣民主實驗室執行長吳銘軒也以數據展示各種國家的不同之處。
