​It’s Kosherfest! And what is that you ask? It’s the worlds’ biggest event for the business of Kosher foods held annually in November. I had the opportunity to attend this year where it was held in Secaucus, New Jersey. I’ll do my best to give you a tour of this gigantic exhibit space where over 800 vendors participated in this year’s conference. I don’t have any recipes this time around but I do have all kinds of interesting tidbits about Kosher products that you would have never imagined!
