Welcome to the third episode of "Dougie Critchley Player Profiles." On today's episode I'll be analysing the strengths and weaknesses of Borussia Mönchengladbach's Kouadio Kone. Still relatively inexperienced when Gladbach signed him in 2021, with only 13 Ligue 1 appearances to his name, Kone has made the adaption to the Bundesliga look like a walk in the park, missing 3 games, all through suspension since his League debut. 6ft 1, strong, with an excellent ability to manipulate the ball and his frame around oncoming defenders, Kone's dribbling ability is basically a cheat code, with his 43 completed take ons in 22/23, just 3 fewer than Bukayo Saka has managed in the Premier League. With PSG, Chelsea and Liverpool reportedly interested, Kone will almost definitely follow his teammates Thuram and Bensebaini out the door this summer. What would he bring to the table?
