My conversation with KP is a crossover event. KP is an Army Veteran began his career enlisted and commissioned as a 2LT. He spent a year in Iraq from 04-05 and separated in 2007. KP describes struggles in work settings after the uniform and fitting in with the civilian population. We talk about clashes with civilians and the questions they ask about his time in Iraq. KP is the host of the "Morning Formation Podcast", a project that focuses on disseminating useful information to veterans in transition. He has a strong drive to mentor and is a natural leader. The veteran community is lucky to have him working on our behalf.
