Krav Maga was developed and used by Isreal military forces. Which means, it was specifically put in place for self-defence. The Hebrew meaning is called “battle contact” and it emphasises instinctive movement, simultaneous defence, aggression, the continuous striking of opponents while being aware of further threats or attacks.
