Born and raised in Calgary, Kris takes us along his journey from earning his MBA at the University of Calgary, his retail background that started at Popeye’s Supplements and the skills he amassed towards becoming Director of Retail Development at West Leaf, a vertically-integrated cannabis retail company right here in Calgary. Through his role, Kris emphasizes the importance of keeping the customer experience top of mind by researching what it is they want rather than assuming it.
