An extra visible police presence during the Martin Luther King Parade and the “after party” which follows the parade and lasts into the evening has stirred a continuing dust up between the Kriseman Administration and the citizens of South St. Petersburg.

Mark 1:15 tells us “Repent, and believe in the gospel.”  Repent means to turn from your current path away from God and believe in the good news (Gospel), that God provides eternal life as a gift for anyone who believes in Jesus Christ.

 So, how do I express my trust in Jesus Christ? Romans 10:9 tells us that “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”  You need to confess openly that Jesus is your Lord (Master) and believe in your heart that God raised Him so you can be saved.
