Today on LIVING IT LOUD: Krista Baldwin brings her creative and drag racing expertise as Director of Marketing to the Wharton Automotive Group. Beginning as the company’s social media intern in 2014, Baldwin attended Northern Arizona University for her bachelor’s degree in public relations and photography. When she graduated in 2015, she joined the Wharton Automotive Group team full time. Her duties include marketing head, social media, graphic design, sponsorship, media relations, and trade show coordinator. She is also the general manager and fleet manager on Paul Lee’s Nitro Funny Car team. Outside of the office, Krista is also a third generation Top Fuel dragster team owner and driver in the NHRA. On the weekends you will find her covering the dragstrip at 330 mph in 3.7 seconds. 

Katie Buttera is doing everything she can to keep the legacy baby dream alive. Granddaughter of the Hall of Fame funny car builder John Buttera, All she has ever known is being at the racetrack. Following in her family's fabricator reputation, in 2017, after teaching herself how to weld, she founded her business Apple Girl Art creating one of a kind jewelry and sculptures, mostly with a racing theme, made of burnt up parts from all different kinds of racecars. When shes not busy running a business, she spends most of her weekends at the racetrack with bestie Krista Baldwin, doing what they love most; playing with top fuel dragsters.
