Kristen Cantrell is a spouse, mom, and entrepreneur who has her hands in so many different areas. My conversation with Kristen was all about how she has built a business around building community for women. Community building and connecting others is her God-given talent. The more we are plugged in, the more we need community around us. She has taken her brand and been able to duplicate it into different cities all over the United States. She is able to bring women together to make connections because she is a natural attractor.  

We then dive into health and how Kristen is able to take care of herself and the positive effects that this has had on her as a person and also in her business.
